All remaining orders have been shipped, yay! We sorted through the international error, and I also figured out what the problem was on some orders at random not showing up. Turns out that some of the packages that were in groups of 2 or more were not purchasing labels for the entire batch, and would randomly leave 1-2 out that I'd have to seek out manually, see that it had not been shipped, and purchase a label individually. I've never had these problems with BackerKit before, but we sorted through them and got everything out.

By now, if you have not received your package or if you haven't received a tracking notification through BackerKit, please contact me ASAP. I will be closing orders next week, so if you have not filled out your survey or if your card on file was declined, we will need to update that right away. It shows that we still have a handful of people who never filled out a survey, so if you believe your survey was lost, please reach out to me so we can get that fixed.

Again, my apologies for some of these unprecedented issues. I've done my best to solve them in between running convention tables and events, so I appreciate everyone being patient with me. I hope everyone enjoys their pins and other goodies. As always, thank you for the support. Have a wonderful summer and hope to see you again soon! 

BackerKit Issues and Troubleshooting

Hello all and thank you for your patience! While the majority of our packages have been sent out, a handful of people have not received their packages. We've had some technical difficulties with BackerKit, between two issues. 

One, we've been having an error with most International orders. I've been troubleshooting with BackerKit customer service to try to locate the root of the issue, and we think we may have found a solution. It seems the usual tariff code we usually use for pins is no longer working (it's working for some orders, but not others and I have no idea why) so I'm working on manually changing all of them today to see if it works. 

The second issue lies with BackerKit actually showing me the orders that need to go out. A handful of these orders were not sorted into package groups and do not show up unless I manually refresh the groups, sometimes multiple times. Even then, we seem to have a handful of packages that are not showing up. We are unsure of the reason for this, whether it's simply a glitch in the system or if the processing is lagging somehow. If you have not received your order, please send me a message with your backer number so I can locate your order and fulfill it. 

My apologies for those few who are delayed, I promise I will do everything I can this week to make sure all the remaining rewards are sent. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thanks!

Ready, Set, Ship!

Hello everyone! I’m happy to announce that some of the shipping has commenced. We are still finishing packaging and sorting pins and the fans have not arrived yet still (should hopefully be soon) but we have started shipping out some of the smaller orders with what rewards are ready. 
Make sure to check your email for any updates from BackerKit, you’ll receive your tracking numbers from them. 

If you have not filled out your survey, please do so ASAP, as we cannot fulfill your order without it. If you believe your survey never arrived or you logged into Kickstarter with an Apple ID, please contact me to verify an email for another survey to be sent to you. 

Like I said before, fans have still not arrived so if your order contains a fan, it may be 2-3 weeks before it’s shipped out. I’ll put out another update when everything has arrived and is ready to go!

Progress update!

Hello again everyone! I just wanted to give you all a quick update! Pins did arrive and we are about halfway through sorting and packaging them all. Fans have not arrived, but should arrive soon. I have my sample batch, but not enough nor all the designs to fulfill orders yet. 

I am taking a brief break this week for Emerald City Comic Con, where I will be vending in Artist Alley (table I-14) so you can find me there this weekend if you’re in the area! 

Once I’m done with this event, I’ll start fulfillment as soon as I get back home and finish packaging up the rest of the pins. I’m hoping to have everything shipped out before the end of March, but some of that will be dependent on when the fans arrive. So, if your order has a fan it may be shipped out last. I’ll keep everyone updated on the status of that.

If you haven’t filled out your survey, please do so asap! If for any reason you have not gotten your survey, please reach out to me. Those who use their Apple ID to log in will need to have me manually change their email address in the survey, so if you believe this is the case, please shoot me a message with the email you’d like to use for your survey and I’ll take care of that for you.

Pin production completed!

Hello everyone and thank you for your patience! I'm sorry for the delay in update, I just got back from Megacon Orlando (fantastic show, thank you everyone who stopped by my booth!) and have an update on production. I'm preparing for Emerald City Comic Con in a few weeks, so hope to see some of you there as well!

I just received word that pin production is completed and the pins are ready to ship. They are being shipped to me, which means I should have them in hand in about 1-3 weeks. Once they arrive, I'll begin sorting and packaging them. It's important that we sort out any B or C grade pins. 

We will begin shipping orders as soon as everything has arrived and is processed, which will likely be throughout March. 

We'll be locking BackerKit orders soon, so if you have any last minute changes or if you'd like to change your address, do that now! You'll get a 48 hour notice before addresses are locked, so keep an eye out for any emails if you have changes you need to make. 

UK Backers! I will be creating the Etsy listing very soon, please keep an eye out in your email for a link over the next few days. :)

Here are some sample pictures my manufacturer sent me of the pins, and they look beautiful! I cannot wait to see them in person.
